At Shackleton, we are committed to ensuring your gear meets the demands of your journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
